I'd rate them all A's.  The workers were efficient and friendly.  Because of their move, getting back to me wasn't as quick as it should've been, but they did get back to me as soon as she got the message.  They cleaned the windows and did an excellent job.  I can't say much of anything else about them.

I selected this firm from Angies List because of their good reviews and the fact they are independent.  I called them and they were very easy to schedule.  They called near to the scheduled date to confirm our appointment.  On the day of the appointment they gave me a two-hour window of time that they would arrive and they did so as promised.  The work they did was second to none.  The windows had never been washed since I purchased the house two years ago.  The windows were a fright.  They not only cleaned them, but scraped old paint and caulking from the windows as well.  In addition, they cleaned the screens and window sills of all the windows.  They cleaned the garage windows and the window of the extra high ceiling for the entrance foyer.  They did all this and didn't leave one streak on any of the windows.  Additionally, they left no mess at all anywhere (outside or inside).  I had similar window cleaning service where I used to live.  They were excellent as well and had them clean my windows on a regular basis (outside/inside once a year; Outside only every 3 months).  I have scheduled this firm on that same basis.  They only charge $55 to do the outside only for my house.  I would highly recommend this firm for these services.

Fantastic.  I really  can't say enough about the great job this company did.  They were on time and worked very hard.  Our windows were pretty dirty and some were high on our second story-they now look like new glass as clear as if they had just been installed.  This company has it all- friendly and prompt communication by phone plus the actual work being done to perfection.  I would recommend them to anyone.  When we get lucky enough to find a company this great , we consider ourselves very lucky.

Our many windows were cleaned inside and out by a two person team. Sean did the inside and there was absolutely no mess as he worked window to window.  His partner followed him around the house on the outside and there was no damage to our plants nearby.  When they were finished, they both went back around to each window and checked for smudges, etc.  The windows looked great! We are so happy about their work that we hired them to come back quarterly to do the outside of the windows and will have them do the inside again as needed.

Excellent company.  Returned my initial phone call immediately, came out the next day and provided an estimate.  Arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning my windows.  They sparkled when the Sharper Image team was done.  The entire team was professional and did an excellent job.

They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price.
