Not sure of exact date. I thought the repair would have costs at least twice that. Basically 1 hr of labor and the usual overhead items.

Applied Auto Butler and detailed the vehicle. This is a prepaid service performed every 6 months.
The performed this work while I was waiting in a comfortable lounge.
I already had purchased about 8 vehicles from this dealer. I am a very satisfied REPEAT customer.

We have had Ron Norris Honda/Buick perform various car maintenance and repair services on our cars for several years. They are responsive to customers. Let us know what needs to be repaired/replaced, and I especially want to give a shootout to their repair people for letting us know what repairs are important and which can wait or are optional. I think they have always been honest with us, charge a fair price, and been very helpful and responsive whenever we have brought in a miss-behaving car without an appointment.
