This guy was extremely professional and the inspection was worth far more than the advertised price. He was good about keeping me up to date on his arrival time, so I didn't have to sit around and wait for him for a long time period. All in all, gave a professional service for a bargain price.

I was very happy with this service. They even left a sticker encouraging me to submit a review on how they did. He came right on time, did a very through inspection, took his time, sat down and completed all the paperwork. He was kind enough to mail a hard copy of the inspection to us.

He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough job of inspecting the roof and went into the attic, the garage and checked on the hurricane shutters.

My guess would have been and A at that cost... :) This is a very competitive site and 1 F will steer a potential customer away in a second. This forum can easily be misused by people wanting to do harm whether what they post is the truth or not. I know a very professional roofer that does a great job that got poor marks on this website because the customer was just a nasty and mad at the world and took it out on him on this website. Some people cannot be satisfied. To all that read this, take what you read on here with a grain of salt. There are normally 100 good things to say to every 1 bad thing about every negative post on the internet."
