I brought the car in for a repair and they did the repair but they loosened the bolts to the motormouth. When my son drove it around, eventually the motormouth broke. We had to have it towed back to them and they misdiagnosed it as a differential and told me to drive the car 40 miles to have it repaired somewhere. I drove it 10 feet before I realized it couldn't be driven so I had a tow come pick it up and take it to another place. Had I driven the car like he told me to, the motor would have fallen out and it would have totaled my car. They claim they drove it and they claim they put it on the rack but they didn't do any of those things. Of course it cost me $800.00 in collateral damage from what they messed up and when I talked to them, they said they never touched those bolts but I know they did. I am not going to sue them or anything but I am not going to go back there. They were very professional in the beginning. They talked a really good game, they just didn't do the things they said they did.

The service was excellent. Pete arranged for the PDR guy to come in on Tuesday to fix the dents in my car and at the same time he replaced the rotors and brake pads in my car. This was all done in just a couple of hours and I was back on the road again! I would not take my car anywhere else, especially in this town!

I recently acquired an older BMW with a very sketchy repair history. I was new to Florida (north Brevard Co.), new to German cars, and didn't have a regular mechanic. When the rear wheel bearings and front brakes required attention simultaneously, I needed to find a repair shop ASAP. Expecting just the usual stressful repair experience, I decided to try Pete's European Auto Service in Titusville, FL. My expectations were exceeded. This is a small family business with Pete the sole mechanic. His parents, who are retired, assist in the office and give the shop a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Pete has extensive knowledge of modern and classic European cars, and is a sports car enthusiast/savant with an appreciation for automotive design, performance and engineering. My questions were answered at length, including a discussion of pros and cons of OEM and aftermarket parts when I asked why he preferred certain suppliers over others. I elected to have the necessary repairs, knowing the car was in good hands. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and were flawless. I feel I can finally trust my car. Overall, I rate this among my best experiences with a repair facility. Please note that due to the exceptional service quality provided, Pete has a large and loyal clientele and his schedule is usually very busy. Appointments on average are booked at least one week out.
