We started out contacting her in October and she delivered our stuff in January. Her pricing was low. Her price included the material. Her work is beyond excellent. The quality of her work, the service, how everything turned out was just absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely use her again.

Everything went very smoothly. Her and her husband picked up the two chairs and delivered them. There was a small pick-up and delivery fee, as they had to drive about 40 miles one way to our house one way.

Date of service is the date the reupholstered chair was completed. I had taken it in a month earlier, but she is a one-person shop and had a backlog of items ahead of me. Explained this right up front. I didn't need the chair immediately, so was willing to wait, and the wait was well worth it. I haven't had anything reupholstered in years, but I thought the price was very low for the amount of work done. The fabric was expensive, but I'd priced similar upholstery fabric at Calico Corners and Mechelle's price was in line with them. I'll use her again in the near future and would recommend her to anyone who doesn't need it done yesterday.

Excellent service. Good quality at a good price. Estimate on one day, returned to Mechelle's with items on second day and work finished within the two weeks as promised. Mechelle called us with a couple of questions during her work to make sure we were getting what we wanted.

They were very helpful. I walked in and they asked me to wait. It took less than five minutes. Very friendly. When I called prior they offered to stay after hours and wait for me to arrive. Very courteous and nice.

Mechelle and Matt just delivered part of my first order with them for items to be reupholstered and fabricated. I am a retired, published interior designer with 25 years of experience. New to the area, I was a little concerned that I would be able to find someone whose work was good enough, that if I was still in the business, that I would refer clients to. I'm used to meticulous work, punctuality and solid estimates. With my delivery today, I know my and quot;leap of faithand quot; paid off. They delivered a beautiful, French, and quot;Marchandand quot; chair, over-sized, with a big fat seat cushion and tufted back. They did a beautiful job with pattern match and detailed it beautifully. They also delivered all of the bedding ensemble for a guest bedroom (Euro shams, standard shams, occasional pillows, seat cushion) and took back with them today, an antique upholstered headboard that will be reupolstered in complimentary fabric. The Euro shams had a crisp, clean cording as well as the standard shams. I am impressed and can't wait to send along all the work for my master bedroom bedding and headboard. They are also completing more than a dozen additional occasional/decorative pillows. They are a small business and it is important to be patient because they do all the work themselves and although they completed my work expeditiously, I know the business and and quot;stuff happensand quot;. I won't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for good work. Because they are located in Titusville, there is a small and quot;travel feeand quot;, but it is worth it for the quality of work.

This is a new start business. Mechelle came to our house and gave us an estimate. They were very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable of materials. We selected the material and they ordered it. When the material came in they called and came to pick up the chair and ottoman. The cost and time it took to complete were very reasonable. My wife and I are very pleased with the price and work performed. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.
