I have a 35ft bucket van that I need to put to work . If I can get the van into the location that is in question I can do almost any job. Rich came to our home and I gave him a list of 5 things I wanted fixed. He started to work immediately. We are planning to sell our home and his list of grew as I cleaned and prepped the house, he came back several days. He was more than helpful with his talent to fix things and to give advise. He had to modify the new bathroom fan, he stuck with it until he got it just right. He is very capable and most helpful!

Rich arrived before his scheduled time and was able to help me by setting up my new TV. On the other work to be done, I decided to change dish companies, so Rich's expertise was not needed. However, several tips and helps made the new dish install go very smoothly. Rich was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted to have done.

Rich contacted me the same day I left him a message. He came out 2 days later, per our collective schedules. He was friendly and courteous. Based on the end result of his work I can say that he actually listened to what I wanted and performed accordingly. He also made suggestions to me regarding what greenery was worth keeping and not. His price was fair as well. I would highly recommend this guy, as his work was good and so was his attitude.

Rich was courteous, punctual, sensitive to our needs, desires, and directions. We discussed the job and what needed to be done and put our heads together on what needed to be trimmed, and he cut what we decided needed cut back. It's almost like he went in there and manicured the tree with a chain saw - a beautiful job ! ! ! A very pleasant, easy to get along with, trustworthy guy.
Apparently (in the receipt email he sent me) he also is experienced in the following area's:
Lawn Service and irrigation repair,Computer repairs and upgrades( virus and malware removal, web cam set up etc.,
Ceiling Fans, Screen Doors, Lock doors, Automobile tune- ups, brake jobs and oil changes, Home theater set up,wire concealment, Cable T.V and network Wiring, Satellite and antenna repair and removal, Lawn service and light lawn repairs, irrigation system repairs,Sign and awning repair and cleaning. And apparently does a few other things as well. rich is like many Brevard residents in this down economy- - pulling all of his resources and abilities out of the hat to make a living. Unfortunately there are many and quot;fly by nightand quot; shady operators that say they know what they are doing but long after they've left (is usually when) you find out that this was not the case. If the job was something that was not in rich's and quot;Wheel Houseand quot; I seriously believe he would tell you so and pass on the job. In my humble opinion - you would be hard pressed to find a better guy to service your needs !
