Klear Blue Pools

Thanks to Kevin our pool is clean and welcoming. Kevin is dedicated to doing a great job. He is here every week and our pool has never looked better. We have had a number of pool companies over the years, and I am very fussy about the pool, and no company has been better (or even come close) to the way Kevin keeps the pool. My wife had hired a "professional national company with a reputation" - he performed great the 1st 2 weeks & then the service & the pool maintenance guy went down the drain. I fired him after 4 weeks (2 good weeks & 2 mediocre weeks, i got fed up with him). @ a traffic light (key largo & Cheney) I ran into klear blue truck, I called the number on the vehicle & spoke directly to the owner Kevin. He said he'd be by the house in a couple of hours & he was there as promised. From the 1st time he came to the house, he was very responsible & respectful of the property. Always a smile on his face & a great attitude / disposition. He has come to clean with his spouse & at times with the kids, always a great attitude. Many a times he has gone beyond the duties of cleaning / maintenance of our pool, one time my wife & I were on holiday, a few pavers sunk in as a result of so much rain we had, Kevin sent me pictures, took it upon himself, (without our knowledge) he went and got some material & fixed the pavers. I was walking into the house thinking I had to deal with the pavers caveing in, to find it nicely fixed like it never happened. A couple of times he has come by on a Friday evening / Saturday morning to refresh the pool before the party we would be hosting would be starting. His rates are pricing accordingly & even better than the guys we had before. With such service I would give 10+ stars if I could. Definitely the world could use more "Kevin's" around!.

Klear Blue Pools consistently does an excellent job of cleaning and maintaining our pool! For example, he was able to remove an underwater stain on the surface of our pool that others could not do. Kevin is a subject matter expert, and as needed, he has made recommendations that have resolved problems before they occurred. His expert advice is greatly valued and appreciated. Klear Blue pools also has an excellent network of suppliers and repair personnel as needed. They always show up as expected and provide excellent value for the price paid. Our neighbor recently switched to Klear Blue Pools (at our recommendation) and is happy he did. I wish I could give them 10 stars, but am limited to only five!

Dependability, efficiency, and the ability to diagnose a problem are the best qualities of Klear Blue Pools. Kevin shows up at the same time every week and is a pleasure to deal with. He keeps my pool sparkling. I would highly recommend using this family run business.
