Ken's team showed up ontime and as promised, from estimate to permits and completion was handled professionally. Poured 6" pad with fiber mesh, approx. 20 ft x 35 ft with apron and saw cuts for expansion.

Everything went well. Job was completed in 2 days. It was done in a professional manner. Contractor left the area in

good shape.

I had three quotes from other contractors but Ken Anson was the only one to come out to the site and look at the blueprints before making his quote. His price was right in line with the others. He is very easy to talk to and willing to share some of his extensive knowledge. Learned why another slab I had poured by a different contractor may have cracked and what he would do differently. His use of a motorized wheel barrow allows him to use concrete with larger stones in it that gives more strength than concrete used by a pumper truck and the lay out of the wire mesh with supporting pillar puts the mesh in the ideal location for strength. After the pour he smoothed out all the dirt and cleaned up the work area. All of his equipment is in good working order and provided for a nice finish to my project. All the bolts were in perfect alignment for my steel building to go up with no problems. The slab was within 1/8 of an inch of being perfectly square.

Ken Anson was recommended by a co-worker and I called him to come out and give me an estimate for a couple of small slabs I needed around the house. He responded very quickly providing me the estimate on the spot. We set up a date for the work to begin and he and his crew showed up on time to begin removing dirt and framing the foundation. Unfortunately mother nature delayed the concrete pour date, but that was no big deal. Ken and his team came the next work day and completed the job. He price was fair and his crew worked very well cleaning up after themselves. I got just what I needed and what I asked him to do.

The price was exactly as bid and he was on time every day. He and his crew cleaned up at the end of every day. He has his own crew and own equipment. The owner was out there working with his crew. He interfaced with public works and the state for all permits and all inspections. It was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will use them again in the future.
