Very good experience. We were told by another company that we had a broken pipe under our floors. The estimate was through the roof with a proposal to jackhammer our floors and then re-run all of our lines outside the house. After picking myself off the floor, Coastal Septic sent us John. This guy knows his stuff. After spending just a few minutes looking around, he told me that I certainly did not have a broken pipe, just a clog. This was not an average clog, and my old plumbing had a T shaped joint, which caused snakes to jam up. You wouldn't believe how he cleared the pipe! I don't want to give away any of his secrets, so ask him yourself. Here is the best part, after he saved me several thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, he gave me a discount!. I actually TRIED to pay him the whole amount and he would not take it. What a guy!
