They are great

I like that Horizon Service came out. They did a treatment. They came back to do an follow-up within a certain amount of time. Then, when they came back, they made sure to reapply the solution. We haven't had an issue. They were prompt. The second time they came out, they were going to be ten minutes late and they called me to tell me they were going to be ten minutes late. So, I thought that was an "A".

They are very dependable. They come out when I call. If I see something in between they will come back that day or the next day. The overall experience is excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.
