Dave's Concrete

The homeowner association didn't approve because I need to get a permit first. He wanted to try to get the job without getting the permit and he is very pushy about it. he's communication is horrible I was calling him but he is not answering the phone but he texting me with excuses. I paid him in check for the deposit of the work , amount $300 but there is no job that was done. I want my money back now. I will not recommend this company.

This guy is unethical. I'm still waiting for him to come back to Palm Bay and fix the uneven cracked mess he left me with. He replaced two sections of my driveway. It is more and more uneven and the cracks keep growing. He said when he's in my area again he'll come see it. I've sent him pictures. He doesn't respond and won't return and fix it. I don't recommend this company. Feel ripped off!

Driveway:  Due to faulty ground preparation there is a big crack down the middle of both sections. He refuses to even take a look at it despite calling him and leaving messages for over 2 months now. I am considering legal action at this point. I highly DON'T recommend him.

Pond:  There are two significant leaks so it does not hold water.  The leaks are circular.  Also he promised a 'plant' ledge and gave me a simple concrete bowl reducing his work without reducing my cost.  Also the plans drawn were for a 3' center depth and he gave me 18".  Because of this the water got too hot and would not support fish.  They all died despite efforts to shade the pond.  

He refuses to come by and take a look at either of his jobs which were done on the same day.

He will not answer the phone.  I have called from a different number.  When he realized it was me he hung up quickly.  I texted him and he refused to respond.

Dave and his crew were prompt, and diligent in the process of planning, preparing and completion of our patio extension project. Would like to call a shout out to Cody, who fully ensured the patio was curing to standard and diligent with clean up. The excellent teamwork displayed was a joy to see in accomplishing our project and we highly recommend Dave's Concrete services.

All went well and as scheduled

Dave and his crew gave us a fair price for the job and did what they said they would do. They came on time and they were friendly and professional. Their original cleanup was not quite up to our expectations and there were a few other things we weren't very happy with but they came back and corrected these few things and we are very pleased. When they say guaranteed, they mean it.

We would use Dave again.

The work went very well, the crew worked hard and were very polite. Good Job!

Dave was super punctual and the entire job was complete in a couple of days. The area was clean and the ramp is perfect.

Work was so so. Broke some things and didn't report it. Tore up part of screen enclosure

From start to finish everything went smoothly!

He came when he said he would and did everything the right way. He floated the concrete until it started to dry.
