Well found out that the oil and filter were not changed. The battery that was in it wasn't the right kind of battery. The main company and I filed a customer complaint and we were able to find another dealer to complete the warranty work. They haven't billed us as of the 7th of December 2016.(D&E Pump) I hope you will heed this warning of their bad practices.

I deeply regret I used the services of this company. I needed several of the sprinklers fixed so they sent one of their technicians, Joey. He came to my house and once he was done working on the sprinklers just showed me the bill but didn't even bother to show me what he had done or ask me if I was satisfied with his work. He seemed like very much in a hurry to get paid and leave. The next day we noticed there were sprinklers with very little pressure so I called and asked them if they could come over and see what they could do. Joey came again and for no reason at all he was extremely abusive and hostile to me even though I talked to him respectfully. He didn't let me talk and said I made him come to my house for the second time, making it sound like I had no right to take his time. He even dared to yell at me saying something "OK, what is your problem!!! What is your problem!!!, repeating this many times without even letting me respond to his question. I saw there was no way to have a civilized communication with him, so I said "I'm going to call your company". He just said something like "Go ahead and call anyone you want" and left. Total disregard for his customers. I will never use their services again and hope no one will ever have to endure such a horrible experience like mine.

Installation went without a hitch, and water started being pumped up for my lawn. After about a year I started getting much sand deposited into the sand filter. So much came up that the filter was full, and water was being blocked from flowing into the pump. Pump overheated and the PVC fittings expanded and water was spraying over a part of my garage where the pump was installed. I called D & E, and they came out and fixed the PVC installation. The pump seemed to be working properly and water came up from the well. This event happened again, and PVC melted. This time D & E determined that the PVC well liner in the steel casing must have ruptured allowing sand to get into the well, and a new well liner pipe was installed in the steel casing. This was done under the warranty with no charge to me. Again, the pump and well seemed to operate satisfactorily, This went on for a period of time. I then lost prime when I cleaned out the sand filter as the D & E mechanic had removed the valve that had been installed at the well head that allowed the well to be closed off preventing loss of prime.
I then called another well drilling company to come out and check out the problem. The mechanic from the new company determined the the valve that was removed from the well head should not have been removed, and he installed another valve there. The pump operated satisfactorily for a month or so, and then the sand filter filled up within seconds. I cleaned it out several times, but the filter filled up quickly again. I called the new well company, and the mechanic came out to check the well. He told me, after cleaning out the filter which again filled up that the galvanized steel well casing must have rusted or split allowing sand to get in which probably sank to the bottom of the well thus being pumped up to the filter. He further said the the casing could have been Chinese or Korean pipe which is notoriously poor quality and rusts quickly.
Therefore, I face the problem and expense of having a new well drilled as there is no way to repair the faulty casing pipe. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with D & E Pump.

When my old well for the irrigation system went dry, I found out county code bans new wells in my area. So D&E came out and converted my system to city water. The installer had to dig a trench and install a line, connect that to the main water line near the street, and change out the timer. It works beautifully, the sprinklers and timer work fine, and my lawn was saved!

They did a great job. The workers were great. I have no complaints. They came when they said they would. They did everything they said they would do. They came out twice for the estimate because I wanted it in a different spot. They had no problems coming out twice, they even liked the new spot for it better. They had it completed in a day. They came and got to work, I didn't even really hear them.

I can't say enough about the quality of service provided by the technicians that answered my call. I am new to the area and made one phone call regarding my well and they sent Mark out right away. He corrected the problem with the electrical box and suggested having my water tested as the existing water softener was not working. John came out and the very next day all my issues with the well were solved. Extremely professional, courteous, and prompt service. I will not hesitate to contact them for my future needs.

They agreed to let my son dig a trench that they needed to so they could run new electrical and would take $150 off the bill. They did not. My pump is now not working. I went into their store and they told me they would not look at the pump as they no longer sold the product and the tech that installed it no longer worked there (don't know what that had to do with it). I was told that I would have to talk to a pool company to get the pump looked at. What kind of company does not stand by its products whether they still sell it or not. I am recently windowed and thought I could rely on them to take care of what they sold me. This is not so. Please be careful if you use them as they do not stand behind what they do.

They are really horrible. They don't stand behind what they do. For the sprinkler system they put in they used used parts. I had some problems with that. I am not happy. I got used parts and paid for new. I did put a whole house purification in, the electronics were horrible. They messed up my well along with my pool, two well pumps and the pool pump on the same circuit. They extended one of the wires and just taped it. Poor.

Two years ago D and E Pump drilled a well for me, and installed the pump system. All went well for the first year and a half and then the pump started pulling up sand. It was necessary to empty the sand filter fairly often. Then in September of 2014 the pump brought up a lot of sand to the point the it could not send water to my lawn spray zones.
I contacted D and E, and they gave me advice as to how to possibly solve the problem. As this did not work their crew then had to come out and pump out lots of sand, and got the well running fairly clear. However, the problem of lots of sand occurred again, and D and E sent out a crew to pull out the PVC liner and install a new liner. Another repair man did some work on the pump and the PVC piping to eliminate some leaks that had developed when the pump had to work hard to handle the flow.
At the time the new liner was installed and the other pump work had been done my two year warranty had just run out, but D and E did not charge me for any of the work they did as the work had commenced in September. It is my opinion that they were more than fair, and did all within their power to solve my well problems. Their crews are very knowledgeable and courteous . I would recommend them with no reservation. Outstanding company.

Met with John Falzone he showed me what he recommended, tested the water and wrote out a proposal. A few months later after all my research was complete I called John to do the job. They arrived on time and finished exactly like they said the would and hauled off the old unit. The water is great even from my well. I wish I knew of Kinetico 5 years ago. No more residue in sinks etc. Great product. Don't even waste your money on another brand.

My shallow well pump died on me and after I had it checked out by another company (I did not know D and E was a couple blocks away from me) and they told me I needed a new pump I asked a couple co-workers, found out about D and E and went there for my pump and piping.
The older gentleman (I cannot remember his name) who worked the counter helped me out immensely. I actually went back about 5 times and the 6th time my wife went for me since I was elbow deep in cement and primer with tools and pvc pipes everywhere. I had a bit of an interesting situation with my pump as far as the piping and we had to be a little creative. WIth pictures on my phone we came up with possible solutions. After going back and forth for either ideas or things I needed we were able to make improvements and make a potential costly situation not so costly.
Very helpful and knowledgable staff, the parts were cheaper there than anywhere else I looked, including the type of pump i needed. With a 1 1/5 HP pump with wide arrange of pvc fittings it cost about $330. They are definitely my go to guys when I need some irrigation help!

The lawn pump/well was running and not pumping water. I had no idea why and did not feel like spending a day figuring it out and running back and forth to a plumbing supply house for parts. Therefore, we looked up someone to fix the problem on Angie’s List. D and E came out in a truck that contained all of the parts needed to fix just about anything. The technician was very professional and after I showed him where the pump and controls were, he got right to work. He had the pump apart in 10 minutes, found the bad seal (probably from the pump running dry or all of the valves turned off). He replaced the seal and tested everything. It all works fine now. All I can say is, “That was easy”. Thanks again to Angie's List and thank you D and E for making my day a nice one.

I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL AT APPRX 8AM THAT SET UP THE TIME OF THEIR ARRIVAL, BETWEEN NOON AND 2 PM. THEY CALLED BACK 15 MINUTES B4 THEIR ARRIVAL. I MET THEM THERE AND STAYED UNTIL THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM THEN WENT HOME TO 321 CORAL DR. WHEN THEY FINISHED INSTALLING A NEW CHECK VALVE THEY CAME UP THE STREET TO MY HOUSE AND SUBMITTED THE BILL.

I called the shop to ask about a replacement sprinkler pump, the person who answered the phone was polite and patient ( I don't know much about sprinkler systems!). He quickly was able to identify the replacement pump and quoted a reasonable price. I went to the store to pick up the pump, he took the time to explain how to wire in the motor and also took the time to collect all the PVC pieces/ parts I wanted to finish the installation. After I paid he once again asked if I was comfortable wiring the motor. Thumbs up for good customer serice

Workers were on time and worked efficiently. The company had difficulty obtaining right connectors for cable. My only problem was response from office, several callbacks were not made.

Dand E called to confirm date and time of the start of work. Two men arrived with drilling truck. They made every effort to prevent damage to property since the truck was very heavy. Work was done over a four day period. The men worked in the rain and only stopped when lightning was near. Well and piping tested to the satisfaction of the home owner.
