Kelly was fantastic. She kept in touch to let me know when the sod would be delivered. The sod was fresh cut and in great shape. The lawn looks AWESOME!

The staff was very accommodating, very friendly, and the prices are very competitive compared to the big chain stores. We have gotten sod from them three times in the last week. We were last there for 30 minutes.

I used Cypress Mulch and Sod for complete sod installation on my new home. Have had them replace sod for rental properties over the years. They are always helpful and friendly when I buy topsoil or garden soil for various gardening projects or when I need yearly mulch.

They stand behind their work and give excellent service and advice. I will continue to use this company for my landscaping needs as they are a very comfortable and professional place to do business.

The customer service was superb, as were their prices.

I was extremely pleased with their service. The owner came any time we requested anything. His workers were very hard workers; they really stuck to their job and did an extremely good job. I was completely satisfied. We have a beautiful lawn right now. Their schedule was pretty backed up; we have a lot of dead yards in the area. Their professionalism was excellent. I will use them again in the future.

Good price. Estimate given at appointed time. Existing lawn was infested with wild bermuda. Lawn had to be destroyed and replanted to repair. Company was several days late to spray and kill lawn. Lawn was not yet dead when they showed up and replaced lawn. Replacement sod was infected by a fungus. Was brown in three days after install. Within two weeks wild bermuda that was never killed began infiltrating because of the sparsness of the bad sod. Two spray services confirmed the sod was bad. I contacted this company within a week of the install and the young man blew me off right away. Says I watered it too much. In 3 days? Would not even come out to look at it. Now I must completely go through the entire process of killing off their bad sod and replacing. Called once more for a solution and the kid that answered the phone basically told me in 30 seconds that no guarentees were made and hung up on me. Would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

Lawn is still a disaster. Company will not respond to complaints.
