Every May we kick off Memorial Day with a pool party. About 3 weeks before the party my husband was mowing and jumped in to cool off. The surface on our 6 year old pool was horrible. It felt like sand paper. It was fine before we had the warranty work done in November by the builder and now something is really wrong. We were still under warranty but since the last problem we had took the builder 1 1/2 years to repair we decided to look for a different company to help us with this problem. We had started using Conrads to check our water. We thought hey lets ask them to look at it. They tried to acid wash a step to see if that would help but unfortunately that did not work and our only alternative was to have it resurfaced. When they drained the pool I couldn't believe how awful the finish was. It should not look like that after only 6 years! We were in a time crunch because of Memorial Day and didn't think it would be finished. They were out there every day exactly as expected and completed each task as assigned. And they cleaned up after themselves daily! We were kept up to date with the progress and they kept their word when they said they would be there. In a few days our pool was resurfaced and it was ready to be filled. All in time for the party. The surface on our pool is so smooth. It was not like that when our pool was originally built.
