It was great! Mike and George were GREAT!! Couldn't have been better. They know what they're doing. The people before them left a mess and they took care of it like the true professionals they are! My unit was put in so seamlessly! When they left, you didn't know they were there except that I had a new AC unit! If you hire anyone else, you're making a mistake!

We did start off with another company that some people think is good, but not with us, at all. In these 25 years, they've sold us two different air conditioners. They've lasted a long time and they're a good company. We're still with them.

I love them. When we were building the house, we started with them 30 years ago. They've always been good, we never changed. We changed air conditioners but not the company. It has proven to be beneficial if something actually did happen. They actually call me. They tell me it's about time for the six month checkup. They come out and they check all the amps and they make sure the right amount of amps are coming out of the machine and the machines are cleaned. They check the filters and clean the filters for me. There is an annual cost to that, but it's worth it, just in case something goes wrong, which it has before and it's covered. They're great.

I did not accept the bid. The cost of the two Amana heat pumps was very competitive. Robert Manning, representing Comfort Service Heating and Air, was very professional and I believe the installation would have been more than satisfactory...in fact, Mr. Manning had been highly recommended by a close friend who had done business with Comfort Service in the recent past. The main reason I went with another company was the lukewarm ratings received by the Amana brand of heat pumps.. I wanted to have a Rheem or Bryant brand heat pump installed. My research led me to believe that the function and reliability was better with Rheem or Bryant. I did have 2 Rheem heat pumps installed by another contractor, but that was just my brand preference...it most certainly does not reflect any negative feelings for Robert Manning or Comfort Service Heating and Air.

I called the company because my AC went out. It is 90 degrees outside and I have children at home. The best they could do was put me on a call list. I found out the call list means they may give you a call that day if they have an opening. A call doesn't mean you'll get an appointment just a call to schedule one. I would expect better customer service from an AC company operating in Florida.

I was impressed with his promptness and his presentation. I met with four other local AC suppliers, but none could come close to his price,warranty or the way the the product and installation process was presented. The installation went well and was done at the prescribed time.The installers were very professional.I highly recommend this company and the Amana heat pump. The model number of the the Amana heat pump we had installed is ASZ140421 it is a 14 seer 3.5 ton unit.

The technician arrived punctually as usual. They always do a great job. We are satisfied with all the work they have provided and will be happy to recommend them.

the company never gave an esitmate. then display poor customer servie saying that $200.00 per hour was the "industry standard". Which is not true at all. The ywere very unprofessional. I cant beleive they would rip off and take advantage of an elderly couple in their 70's on a fixed income. Very poor company. Do not do business with them!

Our service tech, Michael, showed up on time, diagnosed problem and gave us a price. He performed the repair in the estimated time, and at quoted price. Michael even told us there would be an extra charge, IF the unit needed more Freon. As it turned out, extra Freon was not needed.
Michael was professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the problem. He is a positive asset for the company.
We also signed up for a maintenance program, at $100.00 for the year, that will give us 2 tune-ups per year and give us priority service. We have a relative who has the same contract, and is extremely satisfied with the service.
We will definitely use this company again, and will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

I ran into a little bit of a problem a leak 'cause of the backup air conditioning drain line in the new home and it turns out that the guy is gonna do some wood floors for me and his brother-in-law owns this company. The owner came over the next day and it was just superb, free visit, free assessment, free analysis and he didn't try to sell me anything. He explained everything to me.

Arrived on time. Worked quickly to find the oroblem and fix it.

I called this morning (Fathers Day) and spoke with the owner Robert. He quoted me a price of $99.95 for a service call on the weekend. He said that he would be here within an hour. He is a man of his word and showed up in less than an hour. After a few minutes he found the problem (something I should have found on my own). The drain line was clogged and the water filled up the overflow and enacted the float. This shut off the condenser on the outside. Robert cleaned the drain line and that fixed the problem. I was amazed when he told me that there was no charge since the repair was so simple.
They are definitely the people to call if you need any type of AC or heat work.

They are prompt, courteous, and do good work. They were reasonable and there were no surprises.

They are dependable, honest, get here quickly and don't over charge.

Some machine screws were left behind in the garage which flattened a tire. I asked for reimbursement for the tire and received it.

Good experience

Comfort's staff, from the appointment setters to the actual workmen, are highly professional. My overall experience was wonderful. I will only use them for my annual service checks and any other work I need performed on my air/heating unit.

They have just been exceptional. I liked that when someone came out to check my air-conditioner he noticed that there was a part that was getting ready to break and he went ahead and replaced it at no charge. When came out last year to service my air-conditioner, he noticed something that was broken and was running into a lot of money, but he said that it was covered under the extended warranty. I was so grateful that they saved me money. They technicians were so professional, knowledgeable and comfortable. I just couldn’t say enough nice things about them. I pay about $90 for a check-up.
