Everyone was fantastic. The workers doing the soffiting were fast and professional. The job was completed exceptionally well. They replaced wood which had rotted at the corners which had no been noticed previously. They made the house look like new. The electrician was very helpful; his work turned out great. We cannot say enough good things about the painter. She was meticulous in every aspect of painting the exterior of the house. All crevices, cracks and holes were sealed, after pressure washing every area. She was careful in her painting. All the crews were great at clean up at the day's end. Roger, the owner, stopped by periodically to supervise their work. CBCI once again performed exceptionally for us.

Demolition and construction progressed as we expected.  The parts of the house which were not involved with construction were isolated from the mess of construction by thick plastic sheeting covering doorways and halls.  The crew was meticulous at cleaning up after each day's work.  The entire crew was polite and respectful and answered all questions professionally.  The owner, Roger, visited the construction daily and if he saw anything that he wasn't satisfied with, he would re-do the work himself. (Only happened twice).  The electricians, drywall specialist, tile people and plumbers were all excellent.  Roger had given us a completion date and even after we had to add the re-piping and several other time consuming extras, he still finished well before the original completion date.   The entire job took approximately 1-1/2 months.  We are very pleased with the final construction and would definitely have CBCI Cabinets Plus work for us again.

The job overall came out very well.  We had a lot of different jobs being done and ran into a few difficulties, some of them technical.  Roger and his tradesman (and women) were able able to solve any problems that came up to our satisfaction.  The only complaint we had was time.  The job took a total of three months, with a lot of downtime waiting for sub-contractors.  But all of the sub-contracting were excellent in their jobs and work, so it was a good trade off.  From painters to plumbers, the tradesmen (and women) they have are some of best in their fields. We will use them again.

I have used them a couple of times. I had a good experience with them. I felt though even though they are good at what they do, but with the cabinet business we were just anxious to get it done and it seems like, I am not just picking on them, when you hire somebody then they go away for a couple days it seems like the project drags on and on, instead of getting it done. What I mean is that they were good it is just it took them a little while to complete it. I had to live with it for a week.

Overall the job went well.  My only complaint is with the subcontractor that completed the tile job.  They left a mess and some damage to walls.  In addition some of the tiles are not level.  Nothing I can't live with but not ideal either.  As far as the other subcontractors for cabinet installation and drywall - I found them to be very professional.  The Cabinets Plus staff was wonderful to work with and very professional.
