appliance repair
+ -1 moreTerrible. Company that was to provide service never showed and did not call back as promised. I would never recommend this company, even though I have no experience with their ability to fix things. They just don't show up.
Description of Work: No service was performed on my faulty refrigerator despite 2 follow-up phone calls by me to the office. During initial call at 7:30 a.m., I was promised service by early afternoon. At 3:45 p.m. called office again and was assured service tech would be at my home in an hour and a half. At 6 p.m. a final call was made and office expressed surprise tech had not come yet. Promised to call right back and never did. Meantime, food in my warming refrigerator continued to go bad. Had to call in a different company the next day.
