They were recommended by a real estate agent. We had a couple of estimates and they actually caught the fact that our roof will not be insurable. When we were buying our house they inspected and they realized it had 3 layers on it and it would cause our insurance company to drop us. Then when we contacted the insurance agent they said if someone comes to do the inspection they will drop us and it wasn't up the code. They basically thought it would cause us problem in the long run. We had another company that didn't even notice it. We had 3 estimates and they were the middle one. I don't know about roofing but they weren't awesome. They were right on time.
