They were very prompt. The technician was very nice and very informative. He explained what he was going to do. They also moved the furniture on their own. Their cost was fair. The quality of work was good but there were still some spots on the carpet. He used a steamer and the steamer left some dots.

He charged me $110 for the service. He thoroughly cleaned the rug and did an excellent job. He was on time, thorough and pleasant. He did a beautiful job and he was very good.
