Amazing!! I called Applianceville and spoke to Peter, the owner of Applianceville, regarding our drier not drying properly and he talked me through trouble shooting my drier issue. He could have said he needed to send out a technician and have a service charge, but instead he spent the day talking me through the process. Peter had me call him after each step. He truly cared about helping me and was passionate about getting the drier fixed. He even called me a week later on a Sunday to ask how the drier was working. The washer stopped draining on a saturday. Monday I called Applianceville and the guy helped me figure it out it was the lid switch and walked me through taking the bad part off, all in about 10 minutes. I got the new part from them and it's working normally. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Isaiah was prompt and professional. He found the problem causing a lack of heat- a short or defective dryer cord. It was replaced and he even cleaned out the lint filter housing. We won’t call anyone else in the future!

Went good only negative service charge is separate and not applied towards repair so paid 85.00 just for them to come out plus labor charge and part.

Not only did they install the new oven, they assisted me with installing my built in microwave and an additional steam oven. They conquered cabinet openings that were too small, a junction box that was preventing the oven from sliding in all the way, and numerous other difficulties, all with a smile. These guys are professional, smart, and altogether amazing. So glad I called them for help, will call them again when I need them.

I needed a dishwasher, so began researching machines and local vendors, as I try to shop within my community. After looking around two people mentioned “Applianceville” to me. I visited the store and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Isaiah, (“Zeke”). His knowledge of dishwashers was astounding! I told him that I was still looking, so he encouraged me to shop around, and if I found something I liked, I should relay the model number and allow him to give me an estimate. I did just that. I found the exact model I wanted, at another store, but it had a small dent at the base, which would have been practically unnoticeable in my kitchen: it was $130.00 cheaper. I called Zeke the next work day and shared my find, which he in turn immediately told me that “No, he could not meet that price.” He remained incredibly professional and polite -- just as awesome as the day I met him. He even commented that that particular dishwasher was such a good model, that it probably wouldn’t be at the other store much longer, so I needed to act fast if I wanted it. Then he reassured me that I was making a wise decision by picking that make/model, and even mentioned some of its nicer features, (e.g., chopper blade instead of the removable filter; Stainless interior;, etc…). Before hanging up, he politely thanked me for the call. Overnight I thought about it, and I could not purchase the cheaper one because of Zeke! Not only did I feel that he honestly cared about his customers and had my best interest at heart, but at this point, I trusted him completely! So I purchased the dishwasher from Applianceville, because of Zeke’s GENUINE commitment to his customers. The install was another great surprise. Tony was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He called first, was punctual, and the installation was seamless. He also removed the old dishwasher, (which was great for me as i learned not all companies do that). If/when I need another appliance, I will immediately call Zeke. Applicanceville has quality employees and products. As a single woman, that lives alone, I felt good about my purchase and knew I got the best price for a [non-dented] machine and felt comfortable with having the installer in my home. EXCELLENT experience, overall!

Very impressed with these guys. My wife called first thing in the morning because freezer was thawing. He was there in 1 hour. Fridge was 1-1/2 years old, 6 months out of warranty and had been repaired by different company while still under warranty.  repair man told us it was obvious that it was the same problem that had been fixed before under warranty, either needed another new dryer filter for $400 or finding a Freon leak and repair in the sealed system could run $800.  He suggested we try the seller and manufacturer first to see if we could get them to do something by declaring it a Lemon.  No luck at Sears Outlet but Whirlpool (after my wife googled for the company presidents email and sent him a note explaining how upset we were after trusting anything Whirlpool for all these years) called us back an hour later and offered to swap us out a brand new one for $300.  Service man only charged $70 for the house call and advice which was priceless.  He did also offer to match anybody's price if we did go the route of replacing.  This is the kind of service that tells me I can trust these guys and I will certainly call them again if I need appliance service.  We moved down to Titusville 2 years ago and it's good to know they're nearby.

Was quick install!

This is the time table: My husband and I discovered the refrigerator wasn't working at 4:00 pm. We called Applianceville for a service call. They came right out. By 4:30 it was determined that the lines were extremely corroded and the compressor wasn't working. It was going to cost more to fix the 12 year old refrigerator than it was worth so we needed to buy another refrigerator immediately. I was scheduled for 3 surgeries in the next 2 weeks and one of them was the next day. We asked how long Applianceville was opened and headed over. By 5:15 we had picked out a new refrigerator which they were going to deliver and install that evening. The owner, Pete, picks up the phone and asks one of his guys if he will work overtime...the store closes at 5:30. These guys delivered the refrigerator, installed it, reversed the door, hooked up the ice maker and took away the old frig all by 6:30. I cannot tell you how relieved we were to have this much done in such short order.

Service tech did a great job, came on time, had the repair part in stock on truck, gave me a price quote and replaced part. No problems, great service. I would use them again.

There was no wait time in being helped and all our questions were answered. We were not pushed into buying a higher priced machine either! The concern on their part was for us to have our needs met within our budget and to be happy with our purchase. I would recommend Applianceville to our friends. We did have them deliver and install the washing machine. Everything went great and friendly conversation was appreciated.

From start to finish the work was excellent.

During repair a board shorted. Repairman admitted it and replaced it without charge. Good work, the only downer was I had to pay the visit fee despite the fact the dryer was still dead for another week. Still a positive experience overall.

Initially called Applianceville to inspect a Kenmore dishwasher in our tenant occupied home that had stopped working properly. Upon inspection, the repairman said it would be approximately $500-$600 to repair and that we should probably just replace the unit. The initial service call was $60 which was fine. After trying to research dishwashers online for a distance purchase and getting mixed reviews, I figured I would purchase a unit from Applianceville as they would be able to recommend a good unit. When I called, the salesmen said that they had a couple of really great used units that were much better than their basic new units. He recommended I go with one of these "really nice" gently used dishwashers for our property. It sounded great so we set up an appointment for the installation. During the installation, I received a call from my tenant who was very upset. She said that they had installed a horrifically old dishwasher and it wouldn't work so they were trying to fix it and get it to work as they were installing it. This was a drastically different description than what the salesman had provided so I called Applianceville and explained what was happening at our home and told them that I did not want a broken horrific looking dishwasher and that I would just purchase a new dishwasher from another vendor. The salesman called me back and told me that his "new" employee had broken the dishwasher as they were installing it but that they had an "even nicer" unit on the truck and that he would give us this unit for the same price. I reluctantly said ok and was hopeful that this unit would suffice. After the installation, my tenamt said that it definitely wasn't as nice as our original unit but that it would be fine. After 1 day, the dishwasher was leaking water all over the tile floor and spraying water onto the adjacent wood cabinets. At this point, I called Applianceville and requested that they pick up this dishwasher and refund our money and they complied. I ordered a new unit from Sears. While waiting for installation, my tenant attempted to handwash dishes in the sink and when removing the old dishwasher, Applianceville had failed to cap off the garbage disposal line so when my tenant attempted to handwash dishes in the sink, everything went into the cabinet below! My entire experience with Applianceville was unpleasant and I would not go to them again for any appliance repair or purchase.

They did a great job, very happy.

As it turned out the repair was 40.00 less than quoted. serviceman advised that the wire on/off device came with the new ice maker. We were very satisfied with results. Would definitely recommend. Very honest company. Part had to be ordered ,delivered and installed as promised.
