3rd Power

I called with an emergency issue early on Tuesday morning, and Wyatt came out promptly and was here by 7:30 am. He troubleshot the problem and replaced the bad part. 3rd Power has great service, and now I've found an Electrician for all my future needs. I highly recommend 3rd Power !

They responded promptly, completed the work and answered all questions.

Being new to the area, wasn't sure which company to go with. Called three other parties first, all of whom totally ignored my multiple messages. Left voicemail to set up appointment with 3rd Power and did not get a call back at first. Prodded them on their Facebook page and they apologized, saying that they pride themselves on their call back record and said they'd check for my message. Got a text from them a short time later to set up the appointment. Whew! Was starting to wonder what it took to get an electrician in Titusville! The electrician and helper arrived right on time, both extremely polite and friendly. Work was done exactly as requested. One of the dimmers we'd purchased ahead from one of the big building supply stores was defective, so they had to remove it and put the regular switch back in place. Requested a quote for under cabinet lighting, which we haven't gotten yet, but was shown pics of possible options and expect to have the quote soon when they come back to re-install that one pesky dimmer. We feel the price was very acceptable for the work that was done and the quality of the work, and will use this company again in the future.

3rd Power installed smoke detectors in my home bringing it up to code. The technicians were very professional and courteous. I was able to make my appointment with ease and was made to feel like a priority. They arrived on schedule and protected my new flooring in the areas they were working. The owner is very reliable and trustworthy bringing quality to another level. I'm very satisfied with my smoke detectors, and the service I received. I now feel safe in my home again. I highly recommend 3rd Power, and I will definitely utilize their services again in the future.

Wyatt and his brother were fabulous. They were very punctual, professional, and communicated throughout every step of the process from getting the permit from the city to final finishings. They were a pleasure to work with and I have already recommended them to family members in need of electrical work.
