Hopefully their work is better than their communication. I had a contract for a reroof and some porch repairs. They completed the roof then wanted payment even though they hadn't completed all the work. Reluctantly I paid for that portion of the job and I corrected a billing error where they under charged me. Then it took a couple more weeks to get the rest of the work moving. Now I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to make sure the work by their subpar sub contractor was done correctly. I've called their office multiple times a week and requested that Rick call me since his employees never called me back. I eventually got an email stating that he thought my porch roof had been fixed, still no calls from anyone. Then today the Rick, who I believe is the owner, called to threaten me with a lien on the house for non payment. So the guy wouldn't return my calls when I requested to speak to him about the job but has time to call and threaten a lien. I would definitely not recommend them, I'm just hoping the work holds up so I don't have to deal with them for a warranty issue.

EXCELLENT..CEILING IN GARAGE CAVED IN DUE TO WEATHER...CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY BUT ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS TARPS AND NO REPONSE..GARRETT ROOFING WAS RECOMMENED TO ME...CALLED THE NEXT DAY..CAME OUT AND STARTED THE PROCESS. KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT AND NOW HAVE A NEW ROOF/NEW GUTTERS AND MY CEILING HAS NO HOLES! THIS IS MY FOREVER HOME AND I AM SO GRATEFUL TO GARRETT ROOFING FOR THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I was surprised to be the first reviewer for Garrett on Angie's as they have done a TON of homes in my subdivision including the both of my immediate neighbors on my side of the street plus a couple across the street as well.  I started working with Rick (owner) back in April of this year and have had an excellent experience with both him and his team.  They spent a large amount of time with me going over the various options for my skylights and providing recommendations on what would work best for my needs as I wanted something much better than the "cheap" plastic domed skylights that were there and something that would provide light control and add energy efficiency options as well.  They were always patient and responsive to my questions and were never "pushy" with the sale of their services even though my work schedule and availability made connecting difficult.
The team that did the installation was prompt, showed up early on the day they were scheduled to do the work and were respectful to me and  my family while onsite. They made sure to clean up well after the work was done and did a great job overall.
The only thing I would have liked that didn't happen is a confirmation call the night before the work was scheduled for letting me know what time the crew would be there and when they'd drop off the debris trailer, etc.  We prepared for it anyway by not parking in our driveway, etc., but having that info would have been helpful.
