The tecnicians arrived a little early and went right to work after explaining the services that would be performed. After completing the scheduled work the lead tech spliced and rerouted the thermostat wire which had been hit with a weed wacker. These guys were great! Aside from being neat, punctual and competent they also informed me that part of my problem was the fact that with 2 dogs, I should be changing my return air filter much more frequently than I had. I highly recommend Ancov AC.
