Villages Home Services

We are new to the area and have been relying on AL to find needed services for our new home. Originally we had contacted an "A" rated provider from AL. We have never been disappointed by an AL member previously. However this particular provider is either badly overbooked, or their communications need improvement. It was impossible to get a simple estimate. A neighbor had told us about Villages Home Services. Athough they were not listed on AL, the neighbor had nothing but good words for them so we checked them out. We called and owner Grant Palmer came THAT DAY to look things over and take measurements. By the next morning he gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work. The project was pretty good sized and we thought that the estimate was more than fair.
We had gotten the estimate on a Thursday and they began the project the following Monday. It took a couple of days to get everything done. We could not have been happier. Grant Palmer is a great guy. Very friendly and he did fine work. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
