They get paid and then work on their own schedules. Took a week to get dryer vent hooked up. Constant phone calls promises, but none kept. Replacement of broken furniture is yet to be addressed. Ordered and will see if reimbursed. Will send bill to The Village Movers. Washer dented on top, master bed table gouged and scratched. They don’t wrap and shrink wrap everything. Newly recovered and painted bar stools are scratched. We are still unpacking...who knows what will yet find???
