They were on time, nice and seemed to know what they were doing. The person who actually did the cleaning I think was still in training. Overall the carpet looks good. A few spots I knew they would not be able get up. A few of the other areas would have looked better if they had put a little more effort into it, I think it was a decent job. The carpet looks better and I will be able to work on the spots that need more attention.

"We're certainly disappointed that we weren't able to achieve 100% satisfaction on your carpet cleaning.It sounds as if we all agreed that we could only do so much with the cleaning due to the carpet quality and wear,however, if you think that we can do better then I will not hesitate to set you up for a recall.Please advise SureClean Solutions"

I had SureClean clean my tile, carpet and dryer vent. They did an amazing job. My floors look new again. I was amazed at the results. I wish all companies in The Villages were this professional and reliable. From the office staff to the service men, they made it a great experience. They were neat and clean. I highly recommend them!

The service was excellent. The employees are polite and professional. Always arrive on time or may call to come earlier. When tile was cleaned they moved all the furniture and put it back for us. No complaints, would highly recommend them. Last dryer vent cleaning was about July 2017.
