United came to the house and spent two days packing and the third day they loaded the van.  The packers did an excellent job and nothing was broken even though we packed a lot of high value, fragile items including tapestries, paintings, crystal, china and porcelain vases.  The driver, Roger Murphy, was superb in assuring all items were accounted for and delivered on schedule.  The delivery went smoothly and they all stayed until we were fully satisfied everything was put in its proper place and that the beds were reconstructed and ready for use.  All of the guys at both ends of the move were extremely nice and very professional.  We give Jean George full credit for following up on all issues to assure a smooth move.  While always stressful, she made the move as easy as possible.  We had a minor overcharge issue with United corporate, but Jean made sure we were properly compensated for their error.
