I had mulched flower beds installed with trees and a row of privacy trees planted in October 2010. Honestly, working with Bill was very pleasant and the work was done fairly well.
The row was privacy trees (Leland Cyprus) was done by one of his people. One of the trees was planted and then pulled up because the contractor dropped his phone and planted the tree over it. When re-planted, the tree was leaning. We asked that it be fixed. However, when I requested that the leaning tree be fixed back in October, it never was addressed.
I followed BIll's directions to water the trees so they had the best chance of survival. The majority of the trees are very healthy. However, the leaning tree and one tree on the end are dying. I emailed him in March 2011 about the trees and sent pictures requesting that he come by and help us deal with the situation. He promised multiple times via email and phone to stop by. This dragged on until May.
New Solutions has a policy to replace trees within six months and to split the cost if after six months. This was never honored. As it is today, I have to pay to have those trees removed and replaced during the hottest part of the summer. Multple emails and phone calls have not motivated Bill to stop by and address the situation.
