Kent quoted job on day one, and did installation on day two. Task went very smoothly, and he cleaned up afterward.

I hesiteate to give his name out because it will result in more people calling him and I may have difficulty getting him (HA).
He was super professional.  There wasn't anything he could not do and do it well.  He vacuumed up after wherever necessary and all his installations whether it was plumbing or electoral looked  perfect.
He charges $40./Hour and he is worth every cent.  That is about the going rate in The Villages.  But, I also had other pares that were significantly higher especially by the handymen that do a heavy about of advertising in the local paper.  
Please be sure to get several quotes, you will be surprised by the variations in cost.

.Kent called me soon after I sent an inquiry through Angie's List. He told me he could come install the fan the following day. He arrived promptly and did a great job installing the fan, and at a very reasonable price. I plan to install shower doors in the bathroom, and I will definitely call Kent for this project.

He was on time fixed the electric storm shutter and was so reasonable I tipped him excellant experience. Will use anytime I need something fixed.

Kent came right away. He knew exactly  what to do and charged me less than what I thought so I tipped him. Great guy will use him for every repair I need. The next project is enginered floors for the bedroom.  Yipee Thanks Angies list for your recommendation

Did excellent work, worked efficiently, saved me more than $500 if done by separate persons

It was absolutely fantastic. He charged by the hour, it was $35 an hour and that was a little bit expensive. What stood out was that he is professional and he did way above and beyond what he needed to do. I just moved into an older home and I was absolutely devastated when I saw all the garbage in there, he moved furniture and did other things that were just above and beyond.

Kent avived on time and listen patiently as I described all that needed to be
done from detailed painting, installation of attic steps, doggie doors, fans,
and lights. All work was done with the usual proficiency and quality.
