 + 0 moreRay the owner, and his guys have been in business a long time. They don't really advertise and seem to stay busy based on word of mouth, which is how we heard about them. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner, and did whatever they could to make sure we were happy with the job. The job wasn't done until we were satisfied with everything.
Description of Work: we had our pool completely resurfaced, and our entire deck resurfaced and painted. The pool is approx. 13 to 14000 gal. and the deck (minus pool area) is about 1200 sq ft. The old deck had several very bad cracks radiating out from the pool. Before pouring the new deck over the old one, they filled all the cracks and actually inserted steel clamps into the old deck, to prevent the old cracks from continuing to expand and possible affecting the new deck. After the new deck was dry, they painted it. As far as the pool, they resurfaced it with a color called "bluestone", and cleaned the existing tile(didn't need replacement). The pool and deck both look great.

Description of Work: Aqua pool finishers did a pool resurfacing project for us. The owner Ray was prompt for the evaluation and estimate. Prices was competitive. The work was done efficiently as described during the estimate. The work crew was professional and pleasant. The work turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations.

 + -1 moreI had contacted the original pool installer that did the work 7 years ago but they never were able to perform the work in 6 months! Contacted Aqua Pool Finishers and work was completed in a week. Very professional, responsive and followed up with clean up and making sure all was well. Will use them again if needed. Originally mortor was used but Aqua Pool used Thinset which is a better product for this type of application which should have a longer life.
Description of Work: Needs to have coping around spa reset had become loose.

 + -1 moreThe work on my pool was carried out exactly when promised and completed exactly when promised. The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Raymond Lawrence personally supervised the work. He is also a man of great personal integrity and that characteristic is reflected in the work done by his crews. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Aqua Pool Finishers removed a deteriorated fibreglass surface from my pool and installed a new Marbletite surface. The work was complicated by 1) great difficulty removing the fibreglass lining, 2) multiple water jet penetrations in my forced current flow pool, all of whom had to be dug out and refitted before the resurfacing, 3) underlying damage found in my pool bottom near the main drain fitting and 4) a complicated bottom profile including built in spa seats. Aqua pool finishers overcame all of these issues to complete the work on time and at the price quoted.
