Very pleased. Provided estimate via email, did everything when they said they would. If they said they'd arrive at 9 a.m., they arrived at 9 a.m.  Every individual was professional and thorough. They were happy to answer questions, and were clearly focused on ensuring we felt good about every step of the process. We felt that we received good value and excellent service.

They are extremely neat; they put drop clothes down to make sure they do not make a mess. Whenever they come into the house they put covered over their shoes. They are friendly and do not rush the job which makes me feel confident they are doing a good job. My A/C unit was 20 years old, they gave me an estimate which sounded fair and since I trust their service I didn't bother getting other estimates.

This company is the greatest A/C company in South Florida. Having worked with MANY of them, I would trust my systems to NO ONE ELSE. The owner is personable, helpful, and honest - and all the technicians I have met are very much like him. I strongly recommend that you use them to the exclusion of all the posers, fakes, and surfers that show up when you call any other company in the area.
The board they found was in a sore state because of a failure to properly drain the internal system (by the installers, who were pathetic, but the best of the worst at the time). So glad they identified it and brought it to my attention. Sure, i could replace it myself - but the work ethic to come on time, properly inspect the systems, write up a report, show me the problem, identify the part, cost, and labor value? That's worth gold - when others in the area would either never identify it, and in my experience not tell you if they did. I paid them, and will continue to do so, as a loyal customer for life.

They were great! Quick, professional, inexpensive, called before anything was fixed. Would definitely use them again!
