Korman Residential at River Chase

The biggest reason was Our Apartment Complex drains very well during heaving rains and tropical storms. But back when we first moved in I couldn't say that. We chose a spot we really liked, lots of lawn space and plenty of shade trees. There were only a few apartments available to pick from at that time. We liked it enough that we chose to ignore the fact that the apartment that we selected was the lowest spot in the in the Apartments Complex. We had only moved in for a short amount of time and a very bad rain storm came in from the Gulf. It was one of those slow moving storms. We were so glad when it stopped as water had risen within a few feet from our patio door. When we called to inform the River Chase Office, Maintenance had already informed management of this situation. Within a reasonable amount of time Management had the common grounds area of our patio physically altered in such a way as to avoid any future risk of being flooded. Now, no matter how much it rains the water is routed away from our apartment and is directed into the street and flows into the county drain system. When I informed River Chase Rental Office that we had problems with slippery boards in front of the stairs in our building. They took care of it within a weeks time. As you can see in the photo I posted, the stairs entrance is now concrete. Our front lawn sprinkler was damaged by an industrial vehicle's tires pushing and bending the sprinkler over from 90 degrees to 45 degrees. As you know if a summer lawn doesn't get adequate water it want last long. Today the grass is looking great thanks to maintenance. As you can see by my photo's River Chase Apartment's has contracted with one of the best lawn care company's in Tampa, FL. For example they take pride in their work. Notice all the leaves are raked up and in a neat pile by the curb so their easily accessible to load into the shrub and leaves trailer. They do first class work which reflects back on River Chase Apartments and just another reason why I had to give them an A Rating. Since moving in our Apartment in Dec 2011, the refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen sink fixtures have be replaced and the air conditioning problems were repaired within a day and a half. Now I'm going to admit a problem area that we do presently have. There are River Chase Dog owners not complying with the lease agreement. Instead of tenants walking their dogs around the outer perimeter of the property. Too often owners choose to go in between the buildings and allow their dogs to urinate on plants that a lot of work and money has been vested. We all know owning a pet is just like being a parent, we get all the pleasures, fun and the responsibilities. The good news is River Chase cares about its tenants and pets and they're presently getting pricing quotes for additional doggie poop stations.
