The owner performed the services on our car herself. The overall job lacked quality. I now have a cut on the outside of the rear window from the razor blade she used to outline the tint for the inside of the rear window. The interior carpet below the rear window is covered with black finger marks and will need to be professionally cleaned. The tint has bubbles through out that have not subsided as she said would happen after 3 days.
When I called her to let her know about my feelings she responded, mind you our conversation was less than 1 minute, "If you think I am going to fix it you're crazy", and she hung up. The shame of it all was that I was not asking her to fix anything but to see if there was a way I could fix the bubbles.
My overall experience was bad enough to warn others in the area that this company is NOT quality oriented.
