SUNCOAST INSULATORS & SPECIALITIES

Overall, we are pleased with the finished product. Our job was to insulate walls and ceiling in a shed/barn conversion to a winery. When we initially contacted Suncoast. we were assigned Dwayne. He called back quickly and set an appointment for an estimate the next day. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he called to say he would be late - which was appreciated. We talked about open vs. closed cell spray foam and he explained the difference. He was very professional and informative. The quote came within a day or so of his visit. We decided to go with a 3 inch closed cell foam instead of 2 inch open cell. I called to ask for an updated quote and had to follow up several days later. Within a day of my second call, we received a reasonable quote and decided to move ahead. Once we were ready, it was about a 2 week wait for service - not a problem. On the day of service I was expecting an early morning service call. Around 1 pm I called Suncoast to find out when the service truck would arrive. Once the truck arrived, two workers began to set up. We had difficulty communicating our expectations due to a language barrier. The workers left and did not adequately scrape the over spray. In addition, there were several spots that were not covered in spray and I had to clean up some trash left behind. I called Suncoast the next morning, since the office had closed for the day, and requested Dwayne come out to inspect. He wasn't going to be available, so he had Jeff call. Jeff came out the next day, took pictures, and put in a work order for corrections. The next day the workers came back out to fill in the missing spaces and scrape the over spray. There didn't seem to be a language barrier the second time. While we are pleased overall with the product, we are a little disappointed a second visit was in order to complete the job. I would probably use Suncoast again because the final product is good; however, I would definitely keep more of an eye on the work as it was being completed and do a better inspection before the workers left.

They had to come back after the intial job to do some minor additional work that I discovered was not done after looking at the attic myself.

They were punctual. They price was fair. They were quick and efficient. I would absolutely use them again.

SCHEDULING WISE THIS COMPANY WAS THE BEST. WE HAD SEVERAL PRICES. THEY WERE VERY COMPETATIVE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET OUT HERE IN HALF THE TIME OF OTHER COMPANIES. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY GAVE US IDEAS ON HOW TO FINISH OUR FIREPLACE AND WHAT KIND WE SHOULD INSTALL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB PUTTING THE ROOF VENT ON WITH NO LEAKS.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH SUNCOAST INSULATORS AND SPECIALTIES. THEY ALSO HELP US DESIGN OUR CLOSETS IN OUR BEDROOMS. THEY INSTALLED THE BATHROOM MIRRORS ALSO.
