Very reliable service. They call you when they are on their way and pickup items from cardboard boxes, old appliances, and everything in between. We have used this company many times and will be calling them back out.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to let others know how great Platinum Trash Out was. I live in Charleston, SC and had to empty an apartment in Leesburg, FL. Sean gave me a quote, we agreed on date and time. They rolled up promptly on time, emptied the apartment quickly and efficiently at the agreed-upon price. These guys are great! I highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, and work ethic.

I don't get the review by Jennifer about the people in this company being rude. But then again, people may have a different perception on what 'rude' is. I found this company to be very professional and punctual in showing up when they said they would and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I highly recommend this company! They were very quick to respond and very professional. I was amazed that they had the job done in one hour. I had a lot more stuff than I originally thought and they were very accomodating! Thank you for a job well done - I really appreciated it!

Owner was very rude and unprofessional. He gave me a quote over the phone and then told me he had already driven from the time he got there all he did was complain about doing the work he was rude to me as well as his coworkers and then try to up the price. He was actually outbid by another company but I did not want to play con him and gave him the chance to earn my business. I wish I had not; there are much better choices out there to spend your money and more reasonable as well.
