Amazing. Every step of the building of my new home was monitored from pouring the foundation, watching the framing go up, Making sure the electrical and plumbing was done correctly, Watching the drywall being installed and making sure every detail was done correctly. You could not believe how many things were found along the way that I would have never noticed since they would have been covered up by drywall and insulation. For example, much of the wood that was used in the framing process was below grade, and the inspection made sure these were replaced before any more building happened.

The Inspector did a full inspection of the house. The report was easy to read and understand. He inspected everything in a thorough manner.

It went great.  An older home is more difficult to inspect and the inspector was very thorough.  He was very knowledgeable about construction and went over the house very thoroughly   I got my report within 4 hours of the inspection.
