Mr. Jones is very professional.  Arrived at the agreed upon time. Very no nonsense did what needed to be done.

Robert Jones arrived on time, installed my new water heater, and carted the old one away uneventfully. He provided courteous, professional service at a reasonable price.

We called Mr. Jones after finding him on here and after a failed appointment and contact by another local plumber. He came at the time he said he would THAT day. He actually told us when we first called that he may not be able to fix it that day but to my surprise and he actually did! We will definitely be calling him again for any other plumbing issues. He is great reliable man wish we had more people out there like him.

I contacted Robert Jones Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. Mr. Jones was prompt and professional. He really seems to know his stuff and was very efficient and clean. This was not the easiest job as their was no previous dishwasher and it was difficult to get to the drain tube, etc., due to the tile which I had them put in prior to his work. Oops!!
No problem. Mr Jones took it all in stride and did what he needed to do to get everything working the way it was supposed to. I will be calling Robert Jones Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and refer him to anyone who wants a great plumber at very reasonable rates.

Mr. Jones is very punctual and professional. He arrived at the promised time, did the job I requested and left. I am very happy with the results and my drain is like new!

He is very inexpensive and absolutely knows what he is doing and probably better than anybody in our area. He is the only guy that I would use.

Mr. Jones is the dream plumber. I called him on Friday afternoon. He answered his phone even though he was on the road and out of town until late Friday night. He called me and came as requested on Saturday afternoon. He was very responsive, prompt, courteous and competent, plus his fee was very reasonable. He works alone and by word of mouth. Says the only place he is advertised is on Angie's list, and he didn't ask for it--a client who liked his work put him on Angie's. If there was a higher rating than "A," I'd give it to him.

Called Mr Jones on Sunday and left a message with regard to a leaky commode. He responded immediately back and went to the site 1st thing on Monday. He worked on the commode and then called me to inform me that the tank had a crack and the whole unit needed to be replaced. He advised me that he could get a new commode and replace it or I could purchase the commode myself and let him know when I had it. I opted to go to Lowes and purchase my own and he came back in the same day and replaced the whole unit. He carted off the box and the old commode. His fee was most reasonable and he got the job done quickly. Would definitely use him again.

He is the best plumber in central Florida. He only gets work by word of mouth; he is so good he does not even advertise. I have used him as well as a lot of people that I know. He is totally laid back and is a super nice guy. He writes you an old fashioned receipt and you can call him any time and he answers your calls. He does not talk much and I will use him again in the future.
