HENRI'S CERAMIC TILE INC.

Henri does not understand the concept that in life we are paid to accomplish, not to try and accomplish. When Henri was confronted, not once did he ask to see the floor for himself. ANYONE who truly cares for their work would have a least begged to see the floor and what the other individual was able to accomplish. I have filed a suit against Henri and will update you on what happens. In the end, if you tile 45 sq. feet and destroy someone's floor, you are not entitled to $1200.

THIS IS THE SECOND JOB HENRI MAZIGY HAS DONE FOR ME. HE IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND DOES THE WORK HIMSELF. ONE REASON I HIRED HIM OVER OTHERS( WHO WERE CHEAPER) BECAUSE HE TAKES PRIDE IN BEING THE OWNER/OPERATOR OF HIS BUSINESS. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST, WHICH MEANS THERE WERE ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT BECAUSE UPON REMOVAL OF CARPETING, HE FOUND LARGE CRACKS IN THE SLAB, UNEVEN SPOTS (COVERED UP BY THE ORIGINAL BUILDER W/ CARPET AND PADDING) THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED BEFORE INSTALLING COULD BEGIN. HE SHOWED UP EACH DAY, ON TIME, WORKED A COMPLETE 8-HR DAY, CLEANED UP WORK AREA DAILY. HE WORKED AROUND THE EVERYDAY LIVING OF FAMILY (SUCH AS COMPANY COMING OVER, LEAVING EARLY, DOING A DIFFERENT ROOM THAT DAY, ETC). HE TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK, INSTALLED CUSTOM PATTERNS, PRESENTED A CONTRACT FOR WORK TO BE PERFORMED, PAYMENT SCHEDULE, AND WHAT WAS TO BE INCLUDED. NO SURPRISES HERE, NO COMPLAINTS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FOR TILE INSTALLATION.
