It went excellent! Rafael is an outstanding businessman, he was on time for appointments, sent emails with estimates and contracts on time. His associates arrived on time, very pleasant and hard working men. They paid attention to details, and wanted to make us happy with their work. Upon completion of the job Rafael did an inspection to make sure everything was done to perfection.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt at returning our initial emails, and meeting with us to begin the project. We have a corner lot that has a lot of landscape curbing. The entire project only took a day to complete. When they left everything was cleaned up and you would never know they had been here except that the curbing now looks beautiful. Rafael is highly professional and went out of his way to consider our needs. Without a doubt, we would recommend Five Star Painting to anyone.

The painter Rafael was on time, did an amazing job, and cleaned up when completed. I was especially impressed by the detail of his work. I already have a quote in hand to paint my laundry room.

Rafael was professional, friendly, hard-working and did an excellent job patching the nail holes, and painting the walls and wallboards. He took down drapery rods and offered to reattach them, but it wasn’t necessary. He also touched up areas of concern. He removed and then reattached all wall electrical plates and light switch plates. He did a great clean-up after the job was finished. He also offered to return if we found any other areas that needed touch ups.

We were exceptionally pleased with the whole process. Rafael, the business owner, gave us an estimate in a very timely fashion. Of the three men who gave us estimates, he was the most professional. His crew were excellent, worked hard and were very pleasant to have in our home. They worked around our schedule to start the job. The little extras, like rehanging heavy pictures and moving heavy furniture was a real bonus. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors.

It was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. My initial call was returned in a very prompt manner and they were always on time. Rafael and his painters, Hector and Juan, were very professional. You could tell that this was more than just a job; they were hard workers and took pride in their work. And the result is a beautifully painted house. Rafael went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied with the painting. He was on site every day to see how things were going and was a available via texts and phone. And lastly, but certainly not least, they were very respectful! I would highly recommend this team of professionals!

Rafael was one of the most professional and nicest person I could of wished to meet. He promptly returned my initial contact within hours and scheduled a visit for the next day to accurately submit an estimate for services which I thought was very reasonable due to amount of work to be done. After agreeing to the price, Rafael returned the next morning and after assisting him removing items from around the house, he completed the job within a few hours. The house looks wonderful! From Initial contact to completion was two and one half days. He was very polite and well mannered professional who did an outstanding job! I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone needing a good power washing of their home!
