Duncan Stone did a great job in creating and installing granite countertops in our home. They were also able to refer us to a wonderful plumber and made sure that all was done to our satisfaction. We will and already have referred them to others looking to replace their countertops.

We met with Ty who is the owner and let him know what we had in mind. He made some very good suggestions that we agreed would make the kitchen even better than we imagined. He suggested we add some additional cabinets to the eating area to look like a built in hutch.
Jeremy is one of their remodelers who carefully disassembled the old cabinets and counters. He asked if I wanted to keep any of the old cabinets for the garage. He then brought in all the new cabinets and started the assembly process. He was very careful to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure through the entire process that we were satisfied on how the install was going. The net result is just beautiful and beyond what we originally had in mind. I would highly recommend this company as they were all very professional and the price for what we received was excellent.

They worked very well with my wife and I throughout the entire purchase, measuring, building the counter tops and installation. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job in one day. They even brought in additional workers when it appeared that the installation was running behind schedule. I would use them again.

Worked out wonderfully. Would recommend them with quality of stone work, but their plumbing is the pits. Had to have someone else come out and fix their mistake

Larry and Tom arrived at the scheduled time. They removed all old kitchen counters that were Formica and served us well for 15 years but is was time for a change. The men did a great job of removal. Clean work and nothing broken. Installed the new counters that had been templated by the owner a couple of weeks ago and the office estimate prior to that was higher than what the owner gave. All other estimates we received were either higher or did not offer the stove and sink work. We also had recommendations of their work from others that had used them.
The installation of the new counter went without a hitch. Some cutting had to be done on the job and it was done outside, the edges cut were sanded and buffed as needed. The area where the work was done was cleaned by them.
Ty, the owner, came in to check on the work being done and even helped the men with the installation. All tops were screwed down as needed and grouted on the underside edges. The sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal were connected, holes drilled in the counter top where needed for the water filter system and dish soap dispenser. The fit of the counters were perfect and a job well done in one day. All details agreed upon at the time of the handshake contract were done as requested.

The workers came on time, worked thru the day with little to no breaks, cleaned up the majority of mess and completed the jobs each time in less than 8 hours.

I have referred them to others and several people I know have used their services as well. They are a local company and I stopped at their store once to look at the granite slabs that they had. I had got couple of other estimates for granite for my kitchen. So the person from Duncan Stone ended up coming out to do an estimate. His estimate was much better than anybody else. Their work was beautiful and they were very professional as well. They also installed the granite countertops in my mother’s condo in April and it was about $2300. Some neighbors just used him a couple of days ago. The silestone quartz countertops that I had them install is more expensive than granite. Their prices were reasonable. I have dealt with them in a year and a half. It’s usually the same guys that come out. It’s not like they have a huge turnover in their employees. They are professional and fast as well. I just like everything about the person with whom I dealt. He asked for permission to redo my mother’s condo since she wasn’t even here. I permitted him and he then redid it. There was a problem that was unforeseen and they didn’t know about it until they pulled the old countertops off. He tried to figure out on the spot as to how to work with it and he didn’t charge me anything extra. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and the way they worked. I would tell people that he is the person that people have to choose for granite or stone countertops. I am the one who does my homework and I don’t just pick a person. I like to get estimates before I get the work done. I got estimates from 2 or 3 other people for my counters as well as for my mother. The reason why I got estimates for my mother is because she was going get laminate and he doesn’t do laminate. His granite prices were cheaper than the laminate counters and so that was very good. My mother didn’t want to spend a lot of money for granite counters. I was quite shocked at what the prices were. He does everything and doesn’t charge extra prices for each thing. I had 2 other neighbors come down to take his card while he was there and they are planning to use him as well. I would definitely use his services for my next house too.
