Lawn Tool Repair
They held the mower hostage for 4 weeks. They were in the busy season and had tons of mowers with ethanol problems. The way they kept stalling really bugged me. To top it off, the woman office manager had no personality and was intimidating. She was very assertive and would glare at me when I stood up for myself. I will never do business with people like that. They are in business to make money, not friends, you can be certain of that.. at least with me.

Lawn Tool Repair
We buy all of our equipment from them. For the repair though, they sent someone to pick it up for us. They fixed & brought it back. They're a small family business that is very close by, easy to get to. They're friendly & responsible people, no hassles.
