Appliance Repair
I understand that he doesn't want to make a service call for a switch that really doesn't matter, but I wish he would tell us if he will ever return.

They were very responsive. They came out in 2 days and evaluated the problem. They ordered the part and put it in efficiently. The price was reasonable and I was quite pleased with their performance.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND HE FIXED IT PROMPTLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY, MADE JOKES AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE WHILE HE WAS HERE.
