Every 6-8 weeks the landline copper wire service goes out and has to be repaired. A technician cannot come for a week to 10 days.
The last time I had to make a request to the tech to put a tag on my line instead of trying to find it each time. I have been on hold for service to make a service appointment for 2 hours. The line has a lot of static seems third world to most. I must have a cellphone for backup service, because the landline is down for weeks sometime.
