The Getaguru Handmade Soap Co

purchased $65 worth of specialty soaps from this company that has a physical store in Tarpon Springs, and an on line service. They said there could be a 5 week delay in receiving any orders. Since they are a small company, this did not surprise me. I waited 6 weeks and did not receive my soap, even though they had taken the money from my checking account. I emailed them and they responded that they would look into it. I heard nothing back. I emailed again a couple times over the following couple weeks - with no response. Then I called the store and talked to a girl who said she would look into it and call me back the next day. She didn't. I called again, talked to her again, and was told she had to talk to the manager and would call me back. She didn't. I tried emailing again - since they HAD responded to at least one of my emails. They never responded again. They took my money and gave me nothing.
