9/15/2013: fence is now installed and looks very nice.
8/30/2013: This company was referred to me through Home Depot. After reviewing the job and receiving quotes, I signed my contract for install on Aug 1st, 2013. I was told to have the property ready and plants in the way removed. I was told the material would take 10 to 14 days to arrive, and an install date was scheduled for August 23rd in the morning. I took the day off of work, and called Kurt twice before the 23rd to verify what time the workers would arrive. Kurt did not return my calls. I spoke to Chris (the owner) on the 23rd. He apologized about the terrible communication, and informed me that the gate had to be custom made and all of the material would be delivered no later than the 30th of August. I have not heard from them and it is now August 31st.
I understand delays occur, but this lack of communication is terrible and unprofessional. I have a phone message into them, and note delivered through their website. I have a sprinkler company and landscape company on hold. and I am unable to schedule their work date until I hear from Fence Depot.
Home Depot has already billed me and they told me today I have to make a payment, even with the job not started.
