The roofer had successfully installed tile roofs on a multi-unit townhouse in the area which we watched from beginning to end. As a result, we hired Terrance McKeever's company to remove and replacement our tile roof, gutters and downspouts where needed, and sky lights. Terrance was quit knowledge and conveyed the replacement roofing process in understandable and clear terms. He provided advised when requested and made relevant suggestions. From day one, the crew began timely and worked diligently throughout the day even in the rain. After each day, they cleaned up around the house and left only material needed for the next day. There were two teams; one team did the removal and installed the moisture barrier and the underlayment, and one team measured for tile placement and installed the tiles. They where excellent craft persons and very cordial and professional. Gutters and downspouts were removed and replaced by a sub-contractor who did an excellent job.

I hired Terrance McKeever roofing to put a new roof on an addition to my existing barn. Before starting work, Terry came out to the job and gave me plenty of options for roof coverings. He is very knowledgable and gave me the pluses and minuses with
the various options, such as Metal vs. Shingle. Once a decision was made, his crew came out and not only did the whole job in one day but did some minor repair to my existing roof at no charge. Additional nails were needed in the existing sheathing. His crew cleaned up after the job and besides the new roof on my barn, you would never know they were there. The new roof was installed with the protective barrier necessary for todays code and easily passed inspection. Overall, excellent work at a very fair price. I would definately use him again.......

Terrance was professional from the start. He told me he wasn't going to be the cheapest, but he would be the best. He completed my roof within 4 days, 2 day quicker than he said. He didn't over bill or bill me for anything that was not in our agreement and he cleaned up everything when the job was complete.
