Appliance Sale, Plumbing
3 out of 4 products purchased were defective. They claim that they only sell first quality, but so much of the product supplied was defective that one would not believe that statement. Even when they ordered replacement parts, the replacement parts were defective. Although they did replace everything that I complained about, the cost of hiring a plumber to replace these parts was nearly equal in value to the cost of the defective product.
