The sales rep, tony, lied to me about the warranty. The manager tried to do right by me by reducing the price $500. However, I only bought the overpriced unit because of the great warranty Tony had lied about. Sub contractors installed the unit adequately, but they didn’t have everything on the work order that had been promised. I emailed the company three times before getting a response. Someone was sent out to fix the problems I had outlined in a timely manner. Now I am waiting for them to send county inspectors to make sure it is up to code. Called the company and the guy I spoke to didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and nobody has returned my call. Not sure if it will ever get inspected.

Just got an excellent estimate from Tony G. Paying 1/3 now and work will be completed in the next week so please look for a follow-up review. Tony was AMAZING!! Definitely ask for him!!!

They never showed up and we called several times and got the runaround. No one ever called back with an explanation as to why no one showed up, they never bothered to even call us back
