They are very personable. I do not have to provide anything. They have everything, all the materials and sweepers. They are very organized which I love. They come in. They get to work. They do their job and leave.

They are very detailed oriented. They do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone!

We purchased a special deal $90 for 6 hours of cleaning and even though we were not a regular customer but trying them for the first time, they have done an amazing job with everything. I guess they had some time left after they finished the interior of the house, so they even cleaned the patio area. Outstanding job!

There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal and no troubles with scheduling. They provided their own supplies for the work. It was a good experience!

They Cleaned my entire Home for the first time over a month ago and now they come every 2 weeks. They are amazing. They do a fabulous job every week and I feel like I live in a hotel when I come home to such a clean house.

As I mentioned I could not be happier with the service, they are also willing to do additional things for me, if I give them enough notice, and they are priced right for the size of the house and the size of the job they are asked to do. I have 3 kids, all under 12 and 4 pets so it's not an easy clean, but they make the week they come to me, a much happier week for me because when they leave, my house is spotless and everyone's happy, including my husband.

I purchased a big deal to get my house cleaned I had just purchased. Scheduling an appointment was quick and simple. They called to say they would be a few minutes late, which was not by much. I left while they were cleaning and I received a phone call to say when they were done. For the most part they do a good job, but I did notice they missed a few spots and corners, but I did not feel like calling to have them come back out. Overall all it was a nice surface cleaning.

They are outstanding. I have used them for a few times now and they have been very very good every time. I purchased a big deal from them at one time but I have used them probably for five or six times since then. The cost of the service differs depending on what I have them do. They do very very thorough cleaning and they do a fantastic job cleaning. They are the third cleaning company that I have used and I am very very impressed by them. They are very professional and they have gone out for me on very short notice a couple of different times when I had family coming in that I was not expecting. They really went out of their way to come and get me in. They are fast. They come in and go right to work. They have a routine that they have gotten down. Usually, there are two or three of them at a time. They are one of the best people that I have used on Angie's List and I would absolutely use them again.

This was an extraordinary experience. Carla, Sonya and Diego worked for 4-4.5 hours cleaning. They were pleasant and very hard working. The far exceeded my expectations. I truly believe the house is cleaner today than the day I moved in 11 years ago!! They didn't miss anything. I can't express how much I appreciate all that they did. I made an appointment for 4:00 for Rio Cleaning to inspect my home and provide a cleaning estimate. At 3:30 I received a call that they would be late. They arrived at 5:30. After inspecting the house, Belle Rio told me she would supply me with an estimate that weekend. I never received a call from her even though she knew that the cleaning was a matter of some urgency. Late to the appointment, not even the courtesy of a call: This is highly unprofessional.

My goodness where do I begin!! My sisters, brother and I had wanted to give our parents a special gift for their 63rd wedding anniversary. After much research through so many cleaning companies, I decided to sign up for Angieslist and wow am I glad I did! We all could not be more thrilled with the service they received! Diego and Carla did an outstanding job. They worked together so well as a team! They did not miss a spot. Places I wouldn't have thought about was not missed by them! When they finished cleaning, my dad said " wow I think I will buy this place"!!! Top it off, after 5 hours of deep cleaning Diego and Carla were still smiling when they left! We would def recommend their service and look forward to have them on a scheduled visit.

they did a fantastic job, i was very impressed. they started upstairs & worked their way down. my 3 bathrooms were sparkling, the ceiling fans dusted, crevices vacuumed & everything was clean & tidy. the 2 workers were diligent & energetic, nothing was overlooked. when they left, the whole house was fresh & sparkling clean. thank you, rio cleaning services!!

Carla and Diego did a great job. It was our first experience with them. They did a very detailed job and brought all of their own supplies. They were also on time and courteous. We are going to schedule regular cleanings with them.

We have been using Rio Cleaning Service since June of 2013. We were going through some family difficulties at the time and they were able to fit us into their schedule at the last minute. Always punctual and efficient, and the staff (Carla, Sonya and Diego) just couldn't be more professional and pleasant to deal with. After each visit our house feels clean and refreshed. Their price per visit is very reasonable. They also happen to love our 8 month old puppy who is pretty high energy and likes to "help" them. We purchased a "big deal" last summer for this company last year. They were so impressive that we hired them on a regular monthly basis. We have used other cleaning services in the past and none have come close to performing equally. The house is always spotless. They cleaned kitchen surfaces of major appliances, counter tops, tables, interior of microwave; cleaned bathroom including glass shower walls, etc.; dusted furniture/bibelots/bric-a-brac, vacuum throw; vacuum and cleaned area rugs and hardwood floors. They even cleaned fireplace insert and glass door, as well as the glass patio doors. personnel have been cleaning my house for the past six months on monthly basis. I have found them to be reliable in meeting their scheduled appearances. Their work product is excellent; both timely and thorough; carried out in a diligent, workmanlike manner. This is a family operated business that functions very cooperatively. They are personable in conversation yet totally professional. Their physical aspects are conventional without excessive affectation. They arrive on schedule and work diligently. We highly recommend Rio Cleaning Service.

,The condos are rented by the week, and are on the beach, so they get very dirty, but Rio Cleaning always makes them look pristine before our next guests arrive. Since we switched to Rio Cleaning, I have received comments from guests who have stayed with us in the past about how very clean the units are. In addition to cleaning, I will receive a phone call from this service when they see something that they feel needs repair or replacement. Since we are out of town owners, this is a tremendous help to us. Once a year, we have them do an extra special deep cleaning, which includes cleaning all of the carpets, and touching up the paint. I highly recommend Rio Cleaning Services.

They do a great job and the house always smells great after they are done. I don't have to give them any direction at all - they just do it and often I get the pleasant surprise of swept up garage floor, porch etc. Plus they treat my dog wonderful. Great work, can't say enough good things about them.

Rio Cleaning has been cleaning my home for almost 2 years now on a weekly basis! The crew is family operated & very personable! The same people clean my house every week so I know them very well, at this point. My kids & dogs love them. If there are ever any requests or something that was missed the prior week, all I have to do is let them know and they do it, happily. They are very very trustworthy. When I am out of town they come in, clean, & then lock up, again. I never have to worry. I am very picky & detailed when it comes to keeping my home clean. I have had 4 cleaning services clean my home before Rio Cleaning & the only one that fits the bill for me is Rio.

They are amazing. We have tried several cleaning services and have finally found a great company we can rly on and have been very happy with the services provided. They clean everything without any supervision at all. The sinks/showers and floors look amazing. I feel like I'm in a hotel after they have left the house... We recently got 2 new puppies that are still inthe process of being potty trained. While we clean up after the puppies, the job RIO did was amazing on the tile floors.

I received a call shortly after the purchase of the deal. The day I wanted scheduled was not available, I was told this was a small company, only 3 people. She was overwhelmed with the coupon. I told her I'd wait awhile. When I called back 2 months later I scheduled for 12/9/13@ 10;00 am. The following week I tried numerous time to call to reschedule day, no answer, no return call. Then I was getting messages saying this phone was discontinued. Angie's List got involved with me and got the same result, phone discontinued.

The team arrived on time. They were diligent and thorough. Furniture was polished to a shine,bathrooms were gleaming,mirrors and pictures were cleaned and floors were spotless. The kitchen and all appliances were beautifully cleaned and polished. The house looked and smelled great when they were finished. This team is very professional and pleasant. I have never had a better cleaning team and I have hired plenty. If you want the best cleaning team in the area, hire this one.
