Great job by Alan and Justin. Our door buckled after we had a garage door opener installed (not by Parker). They replaced the panels, realigned the tracks and adjusted the springs, taking great care to make sure all was running smoothly and quietly. Fast service, quality work and a good price. I would highly recommend them.

Installers arrived early (not a problem) and sat patiently in their trucks. I noticed the trucks and went out to greet them. They said they got an early start and would I mind if they started. They were both friendly and outgoing and answered all my questions. They worked for about 2-1/2 hours including clean up. Our new garage door looks great and new garage door opener is very quiet and efficient. Thank you Parker Doors for a job well done.
P.S. My husband could not get the remotes in our cars to work with new opener. Called Parker Doors and asked for help. Service came out same day and programmed both car remotes for us.

woke up to a broken garage door spring ... called Parker Doors (got their contact info from Angies List) ... they came out the very same day and replaced both springs ... they were on time ... did the whole job in about 45 minutes ... everything works ... very happy with them .... would definitely use them again when in need of garage door services

I was having a problem with my garage door stalling when it opened. Since Parker Door installed the garage door opener a year and a half ago, I thought they would be the logical choice for troubleshooting the problem. I made an appointment with them over the phone and they set a time-frame between 9:30 and 11:30 on Monday. They stated that the repairman would contact me when he was en-route to my house. He arrived at 9:30 and immediately asked what type of problem I was having. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the speed control of the door opener and remedied it in about 15 minutes, he also lubricated the track and the rollers for me and suggested that the lubrication be done once a year. He was able to accept a debit card right on the spot and by 10am, he was on his way, and my garage door worked good as new! I will definitely use them again if I had to have a garage door opener installed or repaired.

I found them on Angies List. One time I was finding difficulty in opening the door. All of a sudden it was not opening and it was because the center wire had broken off. They came immediately and did an excellent job. They had to replace a particular part that was expensive but it had a warranty and it would be good for many years to come. I would use them in the future.

They were good, got the job done quickly and efficiently. I have used them twice and the time before the door had come off the tracks and they came out efficiently to repair that as well.

I contacted Parker Doors first thing on Monday morning. They were very polite and advised me they could have someone out between 10:30am-12:30pm. The repairman arrived early at 10:05am looked over the job...gave me a price and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable,very nice and completed the work by 10:50am. He cleaned up and lubricated all the rollers on the door. GREAT JOB! Very pleased with this company and will certainly refer them to my friends and neighbors when they need work on their garage doors. Thanks! I appreciate the great service.

I called at 2 pm, the worker arrived at 3pm and finished at 4pm-can't get much better than that! He even played with the dog while waiting for the check.

The guy came in and was very knowledgeable and very nice. He even adjusted the other garage door and didn't charge me for that. His price was competitive. He was actually early for the appointment and he was outstanding. I would definitely use him again.

They are always good. They are punctual, courteous, and the entire staff is pleasant and communicative. They were able to come out right away when the cable broke and I wasn't able to get my car out of the garage.
